The Playthrough section of most performance pieces will have two video options called "Guitar" and "No guitar". This will allow you to customize your backing band. The same applies to Bass lessons.
Guitar
When "Guitar" is selected in your performance piece, you'll play along with the full band and the main guitarist. The main guitarist will perform the notated part.
No guitar*
When "No guitar" is selected, you'll play along with the full band while the main guitarist steps away. Sometimes the main guitarist will shift to a rhythm guitar role. This allows you to be the star of the show.
*There are no videos for "No guitar" couch performances. It'll just be audio + interactive notation.
Bass
When "Bass" is selected in your performance piece, you'll play along with the full band and the main bassist. The main bassist will perform the notated part.
No bass*
When "No bass" is selected, you'll play along with the full band while the main bassist steps away.
If you don't see the option to toggle between "Guitar" and "No guitar", or "Bass" and "No bass", then it's likely the performance piece only has one, usually just the playthrough with the main guitarist or bassist. You can always send us a message if you want to double check!
