Pickup Music was founded by Sam Blakelock, an LA-based professional jazz guitarist originally from New Zealand. What started as an Instagram page has since expanded to a wide-reaching online community of musicians and over 700,000 followers across three pages (@pickupmusic @pickupjazz @pickupbeats). The current team behind Pickup Music is a compact crew of musicians and music lovers who work remotely all around the world to keep things running smoothly.
