How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time in the Billing Info section of your account settings.

Canceling your membership is easy. All you have to do is go to Account Settings, click “Billing Info” in the top right-hand corner of your screen, locate your active subscription, and follow the prompts to cancel it.

Here's how to cancel your membership:

1. Go to the settings section of your account.

2. Click account settings.

3. Navigate to the Billing Info page (in the top right corner of your screen).

4. Click the three dots next to your active subscription, select "cancel this subscription"

You'll have site access until the date that you were scheduled to be charged.

Need help canceling your membership?

We'll make sure you aren't unfairly charged. You can reach out by sending us a message through the pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, and we’ll cancel the automatic renewal of your membership ASAP.

If you can't find the cancel button...

If you want to cancel and can’t find the button, let us know and we’ll do it for you. There's an issue with our billing provider that messes with our account page for some users when their payment is past due.

Please note:

When you cancel your membership, you'll still have access to your lessons until your membership expires.

  • Once your membership expires, you will no longer have access to any classes that you were enrolled in during your time as a member.

  • When your membership cancels, we'll save your progress if you decide to rejoin at a later date.
