I had an account on the old website. Why can't I log in anymore?

If you were a member on our old site, you may need to create a new account.

Updated this week

If your Pickup Music subscription expired before December 31, 2020, your profile information wasn't migrated over to the new website.

We recommend that you sign up for a new account on the new website.

Note: Reactivating your account on our old membership platform won't work, as it will no longer connect to the new website. If you accidentally reactivated your subscription there, reach out to us, and we'll refund the charge for you.
