If your iPhone’s text size is set larger than the default, some buttons on the login page get pushed off‑screen in the Pickup Music app. This prevents you from logging in and using the app.
We're planning to roll out a fix! In the meantime, please dial back your text size to the default setting.
Who’s affected?
Anyone who has enabled Larger Accessibility Sizes under Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.
Quick workaround
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Go to Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.
Move the slider back toward the default range (the first six ticks).
Relaunch Pickup Music and complete login or onboarding.
