Note: Email notification settings can only be updated on the website, not in the iOS app.
Where to update notifications
Go to My account (web).
Click Notifications in the left sidebar.
Use the master switch at the top to turn Email notifications on or off, then toggle individual categories as needed.
Available email categories
Live lessons, community updates and giveaways – Invitations to live lessons and special events.
Advice and recommendations – Personalized practice tips and lesson suggestions.
Members weekly newsletter – Practical guidance to help you make progress.
Marketing emails – New classes, features, and offers.
Replies to comments – Alerts when someone replies to your lesson comments or 1:1 coach feedback.
Membership renewal reminders – Notifications before your membership renews or expires.
What you can’t turn off here
Some essential account emails (e.g., password resets, email updates) are sent even if marketing or recommendations are disabled.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving emails? Check updates or spam folders.
Confirm your address is correct under My account → Account → Email.
Make sure the Email notifications master switch and the specific category are enabled.
If you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, remember messages may go to the relay address.
