How to reach support

  • Email us – Contact [email protected]. We typically respond within one business day.

  • Message us through the site – Click the Support icon in the sidebar to send us a message directly.

  • Check the Community forum – Other members may have experienced similar issues or shared helpful solutions.

  • Browse the Help Center – Find answers to common questions in our Help Center.


When to contact support

You can reach out for assistance with:

  • Billing & account questions – Membership, payment updates, invoices.

  • Technical issues – Videos not loading, login problems.

  • 1:1 Feedback delays – If you haven’t received a response after a week.

  • Bug reports – (See How to Report a Bug for details.)

  • General questions – Anything else related to Pickup Music.
