First off, we’re sorry you’re having trouble with the video! We know how annoying it can be when technical issues slow down your progress on a lesson. If your video is taking too long to load, try the following:

  • Check your browser to make sure it’s supported by our platform. Click here to see if you're using a supported browser.

  • Check your internet connection. A weak connection will sometimes cause the videos to load slowly or slow down.

  • If you’re working with a weak internet connection, you can force the video to play at a lower resolution, which may help with playback smoothness & loading times. To do this, click the gear icon (⚙) in the bottom right-hand corner of the video, and select a low resolution under “Quality”.

  • Clear out your cache – sometimes cookies and other data can slow things down.

If you’re still having problems, feel free to shoot us a message (with any relevant screenshot images) at [email protected].
