If you’re a legacy member (you had an account on our old website):

You’ll have two logins:

  1. Your username and password from the old website
  2. Your username and password for the new website

Please ensure that you’re entering the password and username that you received by email for the new Pickup Music Beta website.

  • If you’re still not able to log in, try resetting your password on the login page by clicking “Forgot Password” and entering your recovery email. (Make sure you enter the email you used to set up your account for the new website.)
  • We’ll email you a link to set up your new password. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it!)
  • Click the link in the email and create a new password.
  • If you’re still unable to log in or aren’t sure which email you used to create your new account, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll reply as soon as possible!

If you’re a new member:

If you're unable to click the "Sign In" button:

  • Ensure that your web browser is up to date
  • Try clicking on the button (hitting "return" or "enter" doesn't work)
  • Try using a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, FireFox, etc.)
  • If none of those options worked, reach out to us for help
