Pickup Music offers 1:1 video feedback from expert coaches to help you refine your technique and make real progress. This feature provides personalized guidance at a fraction of the cost of in-person lessons.
How it works
Choose a performance piece – At the end of each Learning Pathway grade, you’ll choose a song to play.
Record & upload your video – Submit a video of yourself playing the piece. (See our Best Practices & Recording Guide for tips.)
Receive detailed feedback – A coach will review your performance and send you a personalized video critique with constructive guidance.
When and where you’ll receive feedback
Response time – It typically takes about one week for a coach to review your submission.
Delivery method – Your feedback will be sent to the email associated with your Pickup Music account. Make sure you have your email notifications enabled.
Check your spam or updates folder – Sometimes feedback emails may be filtered into spam.
If you haven’t received feedback after one week, contact support at [email protected] and we’ll help track it down.
Important notes
One submission per grade – You’ll receive feedback on one performance piece per Learning Pathway grade.
Multiple submissions – If more than one song is submitted, feedback will only be provided on the first submission.
