How detailed is the feedback?
Your Guitar Mentor will provide insights on all essential aspects of your performance. Their responses may get into detail about:
Melody – Note accuracy, phrasing, and expression.
Rhythm – Timing, groove, and overall precision.
Harmony – Chord voicings, transitions, and note relationships.
Guitar technique – Picking, fretting, articulation, and control.
Tone – Sound quality, effects usage, and dynamics.
Timing & phrasing – Feel, expressiveness, and playing in the pocket.
Regardless of your skill level, your mentor will identify areas for improvement and provide practical, actionable feedback to help you make real progress.

Our Guitar Mentors are experienced, professional musicians with backgrounds in performing, recording, and teaching. They understand the challenges of learning guitar and tailor their feedback to your individual playing style.
How feedback is delivered
You’ll receive a personalized video critique, where your Guitar Mentor will review your performance in real-time. They may:
Play along with your video to demonstrate techniques.
Reference the Performance Piece to reinforce key concepts.
Suggest additional exercises to help improve specific areas.
The goal is to give you clear, actionable steps to refine your performance and gain confidence in your playing.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
1:1 Feedback is a one-time response. You will receive one video review per submission.
You can leave comments on your Guitar Mentor’s feedback if you need clarification.
If a question requires further explanation, your mentor may follow up to ensure you fully understand their suggestions.
