It's faster, smoother, and packed with features designed to make your learning experience even better.
If you signed up for Pickup Music before May 6, 2025, you have an account on our legacy site and will need to follow the instructions below to access the new site and iOS app.
How to access the new site and app
Visit and bookmark: my.pickupmusic.com
Log in with the same email you used for the old legacy site.
Create a new password when prompted.
Confirm your new account via email (check your spam, promotions and updates tabs just in case).
You can also follow the same steps via our iOS app.

Do I automatically get access to the new platform?
The new site and app are available to all members at no additional cost. Just go to my.pickupmusic.com to get started.
Can I still access the old legacy site?
🚨 No. The legacy site was retired in December 2025.
Will my classes and progress be migrated over to the new platform?
Unfortunately, no. The old platform stored progress data in a way that isn’t compatible with the new platform.
You can quickly mark your completed lessons in the new site using the dropdown menu on any lesson page.
