Restoring a purchase on a new device

Re-activate an existing iOS subscription

If you reinstall the Pickup Music app or switch devices:

  1. Install and open the Pickup Music app.

  2. On the login screen, tap Restore Purchase.

  3. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original subscription.

Your active membership will unlock automatically.

Please note: Your progress with Pickup Music is associated with whatever email you were logged into at the time you were progressing through a class. Progress cannot be transferred from one email to the other.
