Fix duplicate accounts created by Sign in with Apple

Identify, consolidate, and prevent multiple accounts

Signs you may have two accounts

  • The iOS app shows an active subscription, but the web does not (or vice versa).

  • You received welcome emails at different addresses.

  • You see charges from both Apple and your credit card.


What to do

  1. Collect all emails you may have used (personal and any Apple private relay).

    1. To identify an Apple relay address go to your iOS or Mac Settings > [your name] > Sign in with Apple > Pickup Music

  2. Gather purchase info (Apple receipt* or web receipt).

  3. Email [email protected] and tell us which account you want to keep.

*All Apple purchases must be managed through Apple support.


How to prevent duplicates

  • Use the same sign-in method across devices.

  • If you use Apple, keep the same choice (Share or Hide) everywhere.

  • Update your email in My Account rather than creating a new account.
