If you see a "Something went wrong, please contact support" message right after checkout, don't worry, your membership is active!
How to fix it:
Option 1: Re-enter the URL
Type my.pickupmusic.com into your browser's address bar and hit Enter. This should bring you straight to the homepage.
Option 2: Log out and back in
Open a new browser window, go to my.pickupmusic.com, and log out then log back in. This refreshes your session and should get you in.
