We’re committed to offering a highly-personalized learning experience at a fraction of the cost of in-person lessons. That’s why we’ve introduced 1:1 video feedback from our team of expert guitar instructors.

Here's how it works:

  • Choose a performance piece to learn at the end of a Learning Pathway grade.

  • Upload a video of yourself playing the performance piece in the "get feedback" section under "performances" in each grade.

  • You'll find instructions on how to record and upload your video in this section.

  • An expert instructor from our team will review your performance and send you a detailed video with constructive feedback on your playing.

  • You can get feedback on one performance for each grade of a Learning Pathway.

When and where you'll get your feedback:

  • It takes our expert instructors about one week to respond.

  • You'll receive your feedback via email by a third-party platform called VideoAsk.

  • Heads up: Sometimes the emails from VideoAsk get directed to spam.

  • Please email [email protected] if it has been more than one week since your submission. We'll help you track it down!

Please note: We are only able to provide feedback on one performance per grade. If multiple songs are submitted, you will receive feedback on just the first song.
