If you experience a bug or technical issue, let us know! Your feedback helps us improve the platform and provide the best experience possible.


1. How to report a bug

Email us at [email protected]. In your email, please include:

  • A detailed description of the issue – What happened? What were you trying to do?

  • Steps to reproduce the bug – If possible, list the exact actions that led to the problem.

  • A screenshot or screen recording – Visuals help us diagnose issues faster.

  • Your device & browser details:

    • Device – Laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile

    • Browser – Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.

    • Operating system – Windows, macOS, iOS, Android

  • Has this happened before? – Is this a new issue or something you’ve experienced multiple times?


2. What happens after you report a bug?

  • Our team will review your report and investigate the issue.

  • If we need more details, we may follow up with additional questions.

  • While we can’t provide an exact fix timeline, we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.


3. Common bugs & quick fixes

Before reporting a bug, try these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Refresh the page – A quick reload can resolve temporary issues.

  • Try a different browser or device – Some issues are browser-specific.

  • Clear cache & cookies – This can help fix display or login problems.
