Troubleshooting login issues

If you’re having trouble accessing your Pickup Music account, follow these steps to resolve the issue.


1. Double-check your email and password

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Ensure Caps Lock is off and check for typos in your password.

Forgot your password?

  • Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox (check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes).

2. Try a different browser or device

Login issues may be browser-related. Try:

  • A different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

  • Using an incognito/private browsing window.

  • A different device (phone, tablet, or another computer).


3. Clear your cache and cookies

Stored cache and cookies can cause login problems. To fix this:

  • Clear your browser’s cache & cookies (found in browser settings).

  • Refresh the page and try logging in again.


4. Check for service outages

Pickup Music may occasionally undergo maintenance or experience temporary outages.

  • Check the Community Forum for updates.

  • If you suspect a site issue, contact support.


5. Still can’t log in? Contact support

If you’ve tried everything and still can’t access your account, reach out to support at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your account email

  • A screenshot of any error messages

  • What browser/device you’re using
